原來孩子的寫作課可以延展到無遠弗屆

Utensils

-          Measuring cup

-          Chopping knife

-          Cutting board

-          Vegetable/cheese grater

-          Oven

-          Baking sheet (foil or aluminum)

Ingredients (makes 5 – 6 servings)

-          6 medium-sized baking potatoes

-          salt and pepper to taste

-          2 ½ c. of pasta sauce, warmed like spaghetti sauce in a can

-          chopped green peppers

-          sliced and sautéed mushrooms

-          ½ c. grated parmesan cheese

-          2c. grated mozzarella or other pizza cheese

Recipe

-          Preheat oven to 400F. 

-          Scrub the potatoes and poke them with a knife and bake for 50-60 min. until they are tender in the center.

-          Cook potatoes then cut in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the flesh (save to eat later), leaving a thin potato wall. 

-          Cool the skins.

-          Continue heating oven to 400F.

-          Lightly salt and pepper insides of the skins and place onto baking sheet.

-          Spoon sauce into skins equally

-          Sprinkle toppings over skins and cover evenly with cheese

-          Bake for 15 min. 

-          Cool, then serve
